Increased developer productivity by creating an internal wiki page that was accessed over 940 times. This page documented detailed steps a developer would need to take in order to set up the Barrier KVM software.
Worked with international nurses to help develop a mobile version of our “Tablets in a Cup”, workflow. A brand-new workflow that is more familiar to non-us based nurses.
After collecting feedback from clinicians and customer analysts from domestic and international customers, I was able to improve clinician productivity introducing new configuration options to our Too Soon Best Practice Advisory (BPA). These options allowed for greater control over when and more importantly, when not to show this warning to clinicians on the floor.
After gathering information about how analysts research and update our best practice advisories (BPAs) I was able to create a utility that greatly improves their productivity when configuring this BPA.
